Very flexible given my impromptu need for Rover, spent some time getting to know my kitties with me, asked excellent and detailed questions for care, and then did an amazing job dropping in and keeping them company, refilling food/water, and scooping litter! Also veryyy communicative and the pics and videos sent were precious! Would highly recommend :)”

“I had to book Justin kinda last minute and he was very responsive and was super accommodating with my short request timeframe. On the day of the visit he sent me lots of pictures and was very communicative. You can tell he really loves animals and I know Stella was well looked after. I will 100% be booking Justin again.”

“It was 100% a good starting point when you find someone who has named their little cat the same as yours. It was even more reassuring when my Nala (a typical scaredy cat with new people) first met AJ and immediately warmed up for the visit, greeting her upon arrival and staying with us throughout the initial visit. While I had to go away for a business trip, AJ kept me reassured due to her quick responsive nature, her cheerful and respectful understanding of asking the right questions to showcase that she's attentive to Nala's unique needs and provided continual updates during her visits. Kiwi is a very shy cat, but Sam worked her magic and got Kiwi really comfortable. I would definitely go with Sam again in the future if we need a cat sitter.”

“Raya did a great job with active 3 kittens and 1 sensitive little dog. One of the cats was our son’s cat and not always in the mix. She dealt well with some unexpected events and developed a relationship with all very quickly. She dropped be each mid-day for a week and provided critical care. We are glad to have found someone to help and feel more free to plan short or longer trips in the future.”

“Lucy has spent her whole life around animals, having grown up on a sheep and beef farm in NZ. Weather it was her family cat and dog, chickens, goldfish's, 6 farm dogs or the numerous sheep and cattle that co exist on her home in NZ she has always taken it in her stride being around animals. From a young age she has had the responsibility of feeding and taking care of the pet's something she has a natural affinity with and shows compassion and empathy that is needed to be a fabulous pet owner. Later on she has been become her dads right hand girl, helping with working the farm stock. I would not hesitate to recommend Lucy if you are needing someone who will give her love, a cuddle and take great care of your furbaby.”

She loves her 4 legged pets and cares for them in a professional and kind manner. When it came to trustworthy pet care, leaving our sweet Marley with Juliette was the best decision we could have made. She offers a safe haven where your pet can play and feel the warmth of a caring home. Once my husband and I arrived at her home, Marley settled in immediately, at that point I knew she was in kind, caring and capable hands. When we picked up Marley she was sad to leave. I could not have made my once in lifetime trip to Thailand without Juliette! Highly recommended!!”
