“Allen has been the best caretaker for my Mini-Aussie, Mikka! We had a very thorough meet-and-greet for all questions and to meet his beautiful pup, Kaya. Mikka has spent the day with them 2 times now while I go to work and Mikka is now "a regular" every week. She has developed few anxiety issues during the pandemic and can be a bit reactive around other dogs, so I've been very hesitant about doggy day care in any other capacity, but Allen has listened to my concerns and been extremely careful with keeping an eye on her or introducing her to any other dog he's watching or who is using the magical little private gated dog park behind his house. He's been super helpful in correcting some of her behavior issues (like a very loud persistent bark that has made me crazy!), sends photos and updates frequently, and is very quick to communicate even in between stays. I'm so relieved my anxious dog is getting playtime and has such good care that I can trust every Tuesday, and she's making new dog friends finally. Thank you, Allen!”

“Stephanie is a quintessential earth mother, one of Portland’s best. She accommodated my schedule and was also flexible. She sent feedback as soon as my little dog made himself at home. Whenever I’ve left Pucci alone for an hour he’s absolutely beside himself upon my return When I pick him up from other people friends etc. he has whined and and whimpered and a full body wag and was so relieved that I came back. And when I picked him up at Stephanie‘s, little tiny Pucci just wagged his little tail happily and had his head held high, no whining or crying or whimpering at all. He was just a well-adjusted boy and had had a lovely time I could tail. I think Stephanie will be my person from now on because she and Puccini are friends.”

“Woody is so sweet with my Janie girl. She got to hang with him for doggy daycare this past week and we have a couple more weeks booked with him. Woody sends lots of updates with pictures and even yells at rude people on the street when they're mean to my sweet doggo. He has been prompt when scheduling conflicts come up and does his best to try to resolve them, which is very kind. I trust that Janie is getting the best care when she's with Woody!”

The last time we dropped him off, he ran to her with a wagging tail as if he were greeting an old friend. We highly recommend Maggie for your dog-sitting needs - she has a calm and loving presence (our dog is always smiling when we pick him up) and she is quick to respond to our texts. ”
